David, Abigail and Teachability

Steve Croft talks about lessons learned from 1 Samuel, comparing David and Nabal. As he was teachable, David learned a lesson, listening to Abigail, and because of this he was able to remain pure and not sin by killing all of the men in Nabal’s clan. While Nabal was not, he insulted David and when he found Abigail had averted a disaster, being unteachable, he was struck dead by the Lord. Are we teachable, and can we forgive?
